Phone support is provided at a flat rate of $25 per incident. If we have to call you back to resolve your issue it costs you nothing.
We have offer a non-refundable $50 onsite diagnostic fee deductible from your final bill if we do the work.
It works as follows:
On-site: We come to you and we diagnose your problem. If your issue requires a more extensive repair, we will let you know what your options are and apply the $50 toward any repair you choose to pursue with us. If we attempt to fix your problem and are unable to, you pay nothing except for the initial diagnostics fee.
